Add social media links to the footer

Social media links only appear in the mobile navigation, not in the footer. This is a missed opportunity for community building and authority signals.

In Shopify Admin → Online Store → Customize → Footer section, add social media links for Facebook (facebook.com/poppyandmonarch), Instagram (instagram.com/poppyandmonarch), and TikTok (tiktok.com/@poppyandmonarch).
